ABOUT US
Kim McKinnon has worked in the field of leadership effectiveness and organizational performance improvement for more than 20 years. He has held leadership and executive roles with three Fortune 500 companies and has worked with hundreds of leaders at all organizational levels. Kim has consulted with a wide variety of organizations in the US and Asia. His clients come from a variety of industries including high-tech, aerospace, utilities, manufacturing, health care, higher education, city government and federal agencies. Kim is a member of the International Coach Federation, is a credentialed coach and an ICF assessor. He holds a master's degree in Organizational Behavior and a PhD in Educational Psychology. Kim has taught courses in leadership and organization effectiveness for UC Santa Barbara and UCLA. He is currently a member of the faculty at Arizona State University and the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA.
