Coaching is simply 1-on-1 leadership development. It has three basic steps: 
1) Deciding on areas of focus;  2) Designing a plan to improve and 3) Doing - really implementing the plan to make improvements.  Coaching is a relatively new field and has proven to be a very effective approach to development.  We offer three kinds of coaching:

Regular meetings (either in person or by telephone) result in increased accountability and the potential for very rapid progress.

*  ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING
Consulting work consists of supporting leadership teams as they lead the organization in clarifying direction, measuring progress and making necessary changes.  Projects typically take the form of:

  • strategic planning 
  • assessing organization culture 
  • implementing "change management" programs

Consulting projects require appropriate assessments, planning, implementation and active involvement of senior management.
